IaMovie introduces a new era of interactive films. This feature enables the user to develop an individual narrative with multiple audiovisual options. This website demonstrates the experience with the short film 'Triathlon".
Each video clip is about one minute in length; a first experiment with the new digitial option of filmmaking.
The technology can be developed and integrated into a streaming platform, enabling users to choose between a whole range of future ways of film producing.
IaMovie with its unique approach can be an interesting tool for players on the frontline of new digital markets. The project is looking for interested partners and investors.
IaMovie starts by actively choosing between several options for the movie. Both design and content are individually designed.
Make your choice...
Casting Director: for the pilot the options for the lead role are those of man or woman.
Location Scout: choose between two contrary settings.
Scriptwriter: choose between the options of the triathlon: swimming, cycling or running.
Editor: is your film going to be in color or black and white, one-shot or cut back and forth?
Sound Designer: Prefer a modern or classic score? Want to add a voice over?
Done! Watch your very own movie.
After the first cut you can change options and re-watch the movie in a different version.
And there are more options to play around with available.
Was für eine Kulisse. Jetzt aber erst einmal abtauchen.
Beim Gamen sieht sowas so einfach aus.
Knopf drücken - schon läuft oder fährt oder schwimmt jemand.
In Wirklichkeit ist es schwieriger. Dafür aber intensiver. Einfach echt!
Klingt etwas esoterisch.
Wichtig ist es Anzukommen.
Bei mir selbst.
Was für eine Sicht auf die Dinge!
Irgendwo her vernehme ich Musik, sie erinnert mich an: Run Boy Run.
Warum eigentlich immer Jungs?
Ich hab genug von Männern.
Und von dem ganzen Genderkram!
Politische Korrektheit Hin oder Her.
Etwas an Raum gewinnen. Abstand. Weite.
Endlich wieder mal bewegen. Tut richtig gut!
Und ich fühle meinen Körper.
Alle meine Sorgen vermischen sich im Wasser.
Wenn auch nur für einen kurzen Moment...
Meine Haare sehen nachher bestimmt wieder aus!
Hoffentlich sieht mich dann keiner.
Was man als Mann heute alles leisten muss.
Für wen eigentlich?
Erst noch ein bisschen warm werden.
Und dann endlich loslegen!
Die Beine sollen richtig brennen. Der Schmerz tut gut.
Er ist Platzhalter für Schlimmeres.
Keine Ausreden. Keine Pause.
Jedes Mal wieder.
Bewegt euch endlich!
Und dann bewegt was!
Oh, what a scenery... take a dive right in
Looks as easy as a video game
Push the button - run - ride - or swim.
In reality it's more challenging. But more intense. More real.
Like the water that runs along my legs.
Now I swallowed it. Tastes like city.
I need more exercise. More stamina. More discipline.
But I will master it someday.
Like after pushing a button.
Pedal. Breathe. Pedal. Breathe.
Don't get distracted.
Hard to do in this scenery.
Here is where I'd like to live.
I'm looking for consistency. To arrive.
A utopia in this housing market.
I lost my bearing.
I got to get through this - like everybody else.
Focus. And watch out.
Cos the wheel is spinning. For all of us.
Fight. And take it like champ.
Take the fastlane.
Just Power. Head switched off.
Body and mind as one.
Sounds like something esoteric.
The most import thing: to arrive
At myself.
What a view.
I can hear music from somewhere. It reminds me of Run Boy Run.
Why always boys?
I've had it with men.
And the gender stuff.
Political correctness, my ass.
Is it still okay to have had enough of people - and their agenda!
Does that make me a misanthrope?
Probably my thoughts are a luxury problem.
Especially in the city.
To never be alone. Like right now...
It's usually the ones who don't want it...
Shouldn't think about that.
Thank God for sports.
Gives me space. Room. Range.
Beyond the horizon.
And back to…together.
Really cool here. Maybe way to cool.
Pleasant with the sun on my neck.
To finally move again. Works wonders!
Feeling my body.
All my worries dispersed in the water.
Just for a moment.
What my hair is gonna look like after.
Hope no one sees me like that.
To always think you have to be perfect.
The things you gotta do as a man these days.
For whom?
First a little warm up.
Then go for it.
Legs gotta burn. Pain feels good.
A substitute for things much worse.
No excuses. No breaks.
That feeling when the wind rushes by me. Every time.
Check position.
Concentrate. Focus.
Full speed. Maximum adrenalin.
Down through the tunnel. To the finish line.
And then what? At the job. At home.
Do we all have to become better and better? Does everything have to be faster, higher, further? A snapshot of society!
Can sports be any different? Can I be different? Or is it all just one big circle.
No matter where you are. Who you are.
Move and drop out.
It always works.
Alone or elsewhere.
No matter how I feel or what I have to do.
Everything fades out as soon as my body starts to move.
Good for me. Good for everyone.
I think most people forget.
I tell everybody. Start to move!
And then move something.
The torments will pay off in the end.
The beginning of change.
First for the body. Then for the mind.
